No Exceptions! Deposits are required for all services . No Exceptions!!! There’s a $2 fee added to your deposit for Cash app. fees. sohealthyhairllc does not receive any part of this fee. An additional $2 will be applied to your balance Please make sure all information on file is updated and accurate. No extra guests unless receiving a service. If you are 10 minutes late you will be charged a late fee of $15 and If you are 15 minutes late you will be cancelled. If you Do Not arrive within a 15 minute grace period you will be automatically cancelled. No Exceptions!! Confirmations are Mandatory !! You must confirm your appointment to avoid cancellation. Confirmations take place the day before your appointment. NOT 2 OR MORE DAYS BEFORE. You will receive a confirmation TEXT from 813-400-6357. You must confirm by given time to avoid cancellation. If failed to confirm by giving time, your appointment will be cancelled. You can also confirm on your own via TEXT by simply stating that you will be arriving to your appointment. An email “appointment reminder” is not a confirmation! To reschedule you will have to go to your appointment reminder and reschedule. Rescheduling must be done online within the months that are open. You may not reschedule outside of the months that are available. Please do not contact to reschedule, it must be done online. Deposits are credited for Rescheduling ONLY BEFORE THE 24 HOUR PERIOD. If not, you will have to pay another deposit. PLEASE DON’T CANCEL IF YOU WANT TO MAKE A CHANGE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT PLEASE TEXT FIRST. PLEASE COME WITH YOUR HAIR CLEAN,DRY,DETANGLED,AND BLOWN OUT IF YOURE NATURAL FOR A FASTER SERVICE AND TO AVOID EXTRA FEES. If you need a sew-in removed or shampoo service or any extra service outside of your install please add that to your service by clicking add note. Times of service are estimated. Time of service can change depending on the density/texture of your hair. Please schedule event(s) in a timely manner to avoid inconvenience. If you would like to make a change to your appointment or add any other services please notify me via text by texting (813)-400-6357. I cannot make any last minute changes to your hair appointment. Color services need to be booked a week in advance any last minute color services will required a extra fee of $50. SICK POLICY: PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE . DO NOT SHOW UP TO YOUR APPOINTMENT SICK OR WITH SIGNS OF A COLD!!! YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED ON SITE W/O A REFUND . One is the current month and the other is the month after( but the month after is only open on the 1st of the month before). If you see a month closed, it is because it is closed. EACH MONTH OPENS ON THE 1st OF THE MONTH BEFORE We have the rights to refuse service to ANYONE.
